Discussion summary

Last week, we discuss the interview of Bob Nelson. First of all in our group discussion, I started by asking all student of my groups if they think they should get more recognition when they finish their job at work. My group where split in two opinions. One group did not really care about recognition, all they wanted his getting paid. The other group said they were getting recognition but because everybody getting some it did not felt the same. Our group agreed with the fact that the recognition help the manager to keep his employee more time but that should not be his main tools for keeping them happy.
